Privacynotice

The short version

This is a personal portfolio. It has no accounts, no newsletter, no advertising, and no analytics or tracking scripts. Nothing you do here is used to build a profile of you, and nothing is sold or shared for marketing.

What is collected automatically

Two things, both ordinary for a website:

• Server logs. The host that serves this site records standard request data — IP address, browser and operating system, the page requested, and the time. This is how any web server works, and it is what makes it possible to keep the site online and spot abuse.
• Error reports. If something breaks in your browser, a diagnostic report is sent to Sentry, an error-monitoring service. It contains the error, the page it happened on, and technical details about the browser. It is configured not to attach personally identifying information, and request headers, cookies, and anything that looks like a password or token are stripped before the report leaves your browser.

What is not collected

No cookies are set for tracking or advertising. There is no analytics platform, no pixel, no fingerprinting, and no third-party embeds that follow you across other sites. There is no login, so there is no account data to hold.

When you get in touch

The contact buttons open WhatsApp or your own email client. Nothing is submitted through this site, and no message is stored here. Once you send a message it lives in that service and in my inbox, and it is used only to reply to you and to discuss the work you asked about.

Messages are kept for as long as the conversation is useful — an enquiry that leads to a project is kept with the project records, and one that does not is deleted when it is clearly finished.

Services used

Running this site means relying on a few third parties, each of which may process the technical data described above:

• Vercel — hosting and content delivery.
• Sentry — error monitoring, configured as described above.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — only if you choose to open a chat from a contact button.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal data is held about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, or to object to it being processed. Because this site holds so little, in most cases the answer is that there is nothing beyond the logs and any conversation we have had.

To make a request, or to have a conversation and its contents deleted, message me on WhatsApp or email josephwijaya81@gmail.com. Please allow a reasonable time for a reply — this is a personal site, not a staffed service desk.

Children

This site is aimed at clients, collaborators, and recruiters. It is not directed at children, and no data is knowingly collected from them.

Changes

If what the site collects changes — for example if analytics or a contact form is added — this page is updated and the date at the top changes with it. There is no mailing list to notify, so the date is the record.
