About these terms

This site is the personal portfolio of Joseph Wijaya. By browsing it you accept the terms below. They cover the site itself — not any project agreement, which is always set out separately and in writing.

Who owns what is shown

The design, code, text, and layout of this site are mine unless stated otherwise. The projects shown are a mix: some are my own, and some were produced for clients and employers who own the resulting work, the products, and their brands.

Client names, logos, and screenshots appear to describe work I contributed to. They remain the property of their owners and their appearance here is not a claim of ownership, an endorsement, or a partnership.

Using the contents

You are welcome to link to this site, and to quote or reference it with attribution — for example when passing it to a colleague or citing it in a shortlist.

You may not republish it as your own, present the work shown as yours, or reuse the case-study material, imagery, or code for commercial purposes without written permission. If you want to use something here, ask; the answer is usually yes and it costs nothing to check.

Accuracy

The work shown is described as accurately as I can, but portfolios simplify. Roles are summarised, timelines are compressed, and some projects changed after I stopped working on them. Nothing here is a specification, and results described for one project are not a promise of the same outcome on another.

Some sections describe work in progress or mark projects as upcoming. Those may change or be removed without notice.

Getting in touch is not a contract

The contact buttons start a conversation, nothing more. An enquiry, a quote, or a discussion about scope does not create an agreement and does not commit either of us to anything.

Work begins only when scope, price, timeline, and ownership are agreed in writing. Where a project agreement and this page disagree, the project agreement governs.

Availability shown on this site is indicative and can change at any time.

Links to other sites

Links to live products, client sites, and social profiles are provided for reference. I do not control those destinations and am not responsible for their content, their availability, or how they handle your data — their own terms and privacy notices apply once you leave.

The site is provided as is

This site is offered as it stands, without warranties of any kind. I do not guarantee it will be available without interruption or free of errors, and to the extent the law allows I am not liable for any loss arising from using it or relying on its contents.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

These terms may be updated as the site changes. The date at the top is the record; continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the current version.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, where I am based.
